Once all web pages are created, it provides an interface to connect with the host web server to which these can be uploaded. Modification and alteration of web pages can be accomplished at any time subsequently. You can therefore do away with the requirement of separate FTP (File Transfer Protocol) software, which saves a lot of effort and time.

Has Microsoft ever missed a trick in the computer industry? It has its own Web page editor called FrontPage. As with its other offerings, creating web pages with FrontPage is a breeze. Just open the software and start clicking away. In my experience, this is as good as it can get, something like using Microsoft Word. I could create a web page in a jiffy, changing fonts and background color, playing with images and transparency. Formatting is easy. Once I decided on a certain text I could apply it to the complete site which saved a lot of time. I could wrap text around the imported images which gave a nice touch to my site. Remember, FrontPage comes loaded with plenty of clipart, which is really nice of Microsoft. DHTML (let the word not fog your brain) was of great help in animating the text and images. I confess that creating tables was almost a joke. As usual, FrontPage is nicely integrated with other Microsoft tools like Excel, Word and Office tools .It has a great publishing tool to upload the web pages to the host computer. Basically an all purpose web editor, if you are planning a nice little web-site.

A big hit in the 1980s, the “Blues Brothers,” has long been considered as one of the greatest musical films of all time. With a powerhouse cast, a fun but serious plot, lots of energy, and loads of talent, it’s not all that surprising. Led by John Belushi as the ex-convict Jake Blues, the story revolves around a blues band who attempts to solve the problem of securing $5000 for a nun-run orphanage by pulling off a big gig. Dan Aykroyd who played Jake’s brother, Elwood, together with Reverend Cleophus James (James Brown), work with Jake to re-form their old group and stage the benefit concert. Here’s what happened to the “Blues Brothers” after their movie became a phenomenal hit.

Unfortunately, John Belushi met his untimely death due to drug overdose barely two years after the release of the “Blues Brothers.” He was found dead in a room at Chateau Marmount on Sunset Strip. A drug dealer named Cathy Smith was convicted of injecting Belushi with a lethal dose of cocaine and heroin. Although she served 18 months in prison, Belushi’s costars and colleagues agreed that putting her in jail can’t bring back the lost genius that is Belushi.

Another death marred the future of the “Blues Brothers” cast when James Brown died on the Christmas of 2006 due to pneumonia. However, unlike Belushi, he had left a string of memorable roles after his portrayal of Reverend Cleophus James in the “Blues Brothers.” Brown was cast in similar roles requiring his talent for singing the blues in movies like “Rocky IV” and “Doctor Detroit.” Brown also guest-starred as a singer in an episode of the popular TV series “Miami Vice.” Controversies also hounded Brown as he served time in jail for domestic assault charges and leading the police in a car chase in Georgia in 1988.

Dan Aykroyd is the only surviving “Blues Brothers” and the most successful although he may not have the same immortalized status as Belushi. He has starred in some this decade’s most popular and top-grossing comedy films like “I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry” and “50 First Dates” with Adam Sandler. He also stars in the TV show “Saturday Night Live” and was even credited as the first male regular of the show to receive an Oscar nomination.

But Aykroyd’s talent is not just for making people laugh with his witty comments and repartees. He also starred in the critically acclaimed war movie “Pearl Harbor” in 2001 as Capt. Thurman. Aykroyd also dabbled in writing scripts and episodes for the “Ghostbusters” franchise and “Coneheads.” Whereas the other two “Blues Brothers” have had run-ins with the law, Aykroyd even holds a position in the advisory commission of Payne City, Georgia’s Police Department.

No, they were not brazen enough to say it would keep you from working nights. What they are doing is touting an existing technology.

O.K. Microsoft likes to be redundant, remote computer repair services does not.

Especially when the windows operating don’t crash or lock up, and performs more reliably like Ubuntu.

But watch Microsoft’s caveat at the end of this reasoning.

Has it not done that for years? Oh, yes, I’m sorry. The Tennessee Mountain Man almost forgot. This is apparently our warning that Microsoft will come through the back door and make any changes they want whenever they wish despite our desires and upgrade and maintenance settings.

MS#42. “E-mail your photos without worrying about the file size”

Oh, really? The ISP on each end of the spectrum may have different ideas.

MS#43. “It’s parent friendly”

What is that supposed to mean? It is slow? Because it is!

Oh, sorry they are referring to parental controls like the ones parents and bosses have used forever. Got it.

MS#44. “Because you have a need for speed”

“Need to speed up your computer? Simply plug a USB memory stick into your desktop or notebook computer and let Windows ReadyBoost do the rest.”

O.K., I could, but I won’t. Kudos!!!!!!!!

That is why we had already eliminated them…..next…

At Branson maybe! Now just what does this do that is an improvement over XP?

Although Microsoft remains redundant, I can’t help but respond….The labor laws of the U.S. makes provisions for breaks and meal times.

I want to get away on occasion and Microsoft wants a robot chasing me around demanding more…more…more…more!

Watch the caveat as Microsoft makes a johnny come lately feeble attempt to catch up with other browsers.
